Welcome to Zeta Digital. By accessing our website, hiring our services, or using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

                 Note: These terms govern the relationship between Zeta Digital ("Agency", "We") and the Client ("You"). Specific contracts for individual projects may override these general terms.
            

1. Service Scope & Proposals

The specific services (Web Development, SEO, Branding, etc.) will be outlined in a formal Quotation or Invoice provided to the Client.

Scope Creep: Any additional features, pages, or design changes requested by the Client that are not explicitly mentioned in the original Quotation will be considered "Scope Creep" and will be billed additionally at our standard hourly rate.

2. Payments & Refunds

Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable advance payment is mandatory to commence any project.
Milestones: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to the final handover of credentials or source files.
Late Fees: We reserve the right to pause work or suspend live services if payments are overdue by more than 7 days.
No Refunds: Once design or development work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers our time and resources.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to:

Provide all required content (text, images, branding assets) within the agreed timeline.
Provide feedback on designs within 3 business days.
Ensure they hold the copyright for all content provided to the Agency. Zeta Digital is not liable for copyright infringement regarding content supplied by the Client.

4. Web Development Terms

Revisions: Our standard quote includes up to 2 rounds of design revisions. Further changes are billable.
Browser Support: We develop for modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We do not guarantee support for outdated browsers.
Footer Credit: Zeta Digital reserves the right to place a small "Designed by Zeta Digital" link in the footer of the website.

5. SEO & Digital Marketing Disclaimer

No Ranking Guarantee: While we employ industry-best strategies to improve your online presence, search engine algorithms (Google) change frequently. Therefore, Zeta Digital does not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., "Rank #1"), specific traffic numbers, or sales figures.

Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible if your account is suspended, restricted, or banned by third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google) due to their policy updates.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices, the Client will own the final website design and code. However, Zeta Digital retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, the Client must pay for all work completed up to that date. If the project is cancelled after the advance payment, the advance is not refunded.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
